With over 35+ years of experience in Human Capital, Employee Benefits, Retirement, and Payroll Outsourcing. James is recognized for his strategic leadership and contributions to industry standards, serving on Broker Advisory Committees and the Massachusetts Health Plan Connector. Additionally, James is a community leader and three-time published author on investment planning and employee welfare

Debbie McSweeney
Chief Financial Officer
Debbie has held the CFO position since 1989, She is responsible for the financial management of CIP, handling payroll, accounting, and vendor relationships. She played a key role, facilitating CIP's seamless transition to remote work during the COVID pandemic. Debbie holds a BS in Business Administration from Marquette University
